There is not much that happens today in the concrete industry that Roger Tomkins hasn't seen before. He has over 45 years experience in the industry and the stories to prove it. You name it, he's done it. Ready-mix driver, plant manager, regional plant manager of 12 ready-mix plants and since 1989 he's been an admix consultant for Brett Admixtures. If he's not calling on customers, and he most always is, then he's fishing, hunting or spending time with his family.
